Jorgina Stamogianni ist unabhängige Kuratorin mit einem Hintergrund in Politikwissenschaft, Sozialanthropologie und zeitgenössischer Kunst. Ihre Praxis ist geprägt von einem soziopolitischen Ansatz, einem Interesse an Standortspezifität sowie an Wissensproduktion durch künstlerische Perspektiven, die offizielle Narrative ergänzen oder hinterfragen. Sie hat mit einer Reihe von Kollektiven, Institutionen und experimentellen Plattformen zusammengearbeitet, darunter Kunsthalle Athena (Athen), Month of Performance Art (Berlin), Callie’s (Berlin), Künstlerhaus Bethanien (Berlin), documenta 14 (Athen & Kassel), die 12. Berlin Biennale und die Neue Nationalgalerie (Berlin).

Jorgina Stamogianni is an independent curator with a background in Political Science, Social Anthropology, and contemporary art. Her practice is informed by a sociopolitical agenda, an interest in site-specificity, and in knowledge production through artistic perspectives that complement or challenge official narratives. She has collaborated with a range of collectives, institutions, and experimental platforms, including Kunsthalle Athena (Athens), Month of Performance Art (Berlin), Callie’s (Berlin), Künstlerhaus Bethanien (Berlin), documenta 14 (Athens & Kassel), 12th Berlin Biennale, and Neue Nationalgalerie (Berlin).
